RELAXATION – kailangan ng 1 hour per day,sabi nila for good health = 15 days

FOOD – 3meals/snack time, 2 hours estimate, dapat mag-chew properly = 30 days
o Days left: 96
CHIT-CHAT – “man is a social being,” sabihing 1 hour per day and chikahan = 15 days

EXAMS – per year, mga 35 exam days
o Days left: 46
FIESTA/HOLIDAYS/MOB DAYS(for UP students) = 37 days
o Days left: 9
ILLNESS – syempre nagkakasakit din minsan, let’s say 4 days a year

ORGANIZATIONS – syempre may org activities pa, 4 days para dun

Tapos that one day is your BIRTHDAY. How can you study at that day??
