Harry Potter 6 at Trinoma

Years ago, I vowed that I will never watch any of the Harry Potter movies unless I’ve read the book version. It was a FAIL - though I watched HP5 1 month after it was released. I tried to borrow a copy of the book but to no avail. Oh well.

I watched Harry Potter 6 last night with my brother. The movie was awesome! The CG graphics were very realistic and the cinematography was great. The musical scoring was well done too. I’m quite sure that the movie was a little different from the book version (I’m not very sure about this since I haven’t read books 5 to 7) but accorgding to news, J.K. Rowling supervises all the revisions made to her story.

One thing I noticed about the movie was that they didn’t explain the concept of the “half-blood prince.” Yes, they made it clear that Severus Snape was the half-blood prince but it wasn’t really elaborated. Now I need someone to lend me boks 5 to 7!

My favorite part was when Ron got poisoned by a love potion - the look on his face was very convincing! And he was so funny when he was all happy-happy-giddy. Oh, and I just have to mention something. My all time favorite character in the movie series is Bellatrix Lestrange…. Lol.

I liked my movie experience in Trinoma. Their airconditioning wasnt that cool though, I wanted to take off my jacket in the middle of the movie because it was getting warm (take note, the movie house wansn’t full). The movie started at around 7:30 and ended at around 10:00pm. Good thing I got us a cheeseburger meal from McDo, I like munching on something yummy while watching a movie. Last full show started at 10:30pm.

Sidenote: It feels weird when I know the person serving at the counter in fast food chains. Last year, I queued on a counter served by a friend from high school. Last night, it was a close friend from grade school! It’s weird! They gave me a free ice cream cone though. Huh?

SHOUTOUT: ADE! Spoiler ka! Imagine, he posted a spoiler about Dumbeldore’s death a few hours before I watched the movie. Grr.

Sorry ha, haven’t read the book. I know that Dumbeldore will die at 6, but I didn’t know that it’ll be Snape. Lol, geekdom.

I'm currently working at dotPH. I think I'm doing well. Hello internet.
